Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend und ruhig, etwas außerhalb des historischen Zentrums, das dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ich hatte diese Wohnung für 3 Monate gemietet und kann sie nur empfehlen. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich noch: Wer nur kurze Zeit in Perugia wohnt und nicht die Zeit für wichtige Recherchen aufbringen kann, für den wäre es hilfreich, wenn eine Informationsmappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen zu Perugia, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (eine Katastrophe!), den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und anderen Tipps bereitläge. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt könnte die Küche mit einigen Utensilien wie Teekocher, Teekanne, Sieben oder Kochpfannen noch etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Die Grundausstattung ist jedoch vorhanden und für den kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Ich jedenfalls kann die Wohnung und den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great stay in Perugia! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Federico’s apartment! The location is perfect for exploring Perugia—it’s just a 10-minute walk to Piazza IV Novembre and also 10 minutes to the Minimetrò, with several bus stops nearby if you need to go out of the town. Having fantastic eateries and grocery stores just steps away was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a washer and dryer, which was a huge plus for a longer stay. Federico is a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and clear with instructions. I truly loved my time in Perugia and can't recommend this place enough. Also, if you see an orange one-eyed kitty wandering nearby, please give him a pet for me!

Federico’s Mom is super cool ! The stay was pleasant, the city perugia is very nice and staying feels calm too. Location is easy and close to the center ,and neighbors including a 🐱 is nice !

Federico is an excellent host and provided all the help I needed with a quick response time. The place is in a perfect location and a short walk from the center, but also plenty of great restaurants and markets just outside the door of the apartment. It was a great stay and would highly recommend!

L’appartamento è perfetto per una persona, molto comodo e accogliente. La sua posizione è ideale: si può raggiungere il centro di Perugia a piedi. Federico è una persona gentile, sempre attento a qualsiasi richiesta. Ho soggiornato per un mese e senza dubbio ci tornerei volentieri. Consigliatissimo! The apartment is perfect for one person very comfortable and cozy. Its location is ideal, as you can easily walk to the center of Perugia. Federico is a kind person, always attentive to any request. I stayed for a month and would definitely come back without hesitation. Highly recommended!

한달동안 지냈는데 너무 잘 지낸거 같습니다. 소금, 올리브유 같은 기본적인 것들도 다 구비되어 있어서 손쉽게 요리해먹을 수 있었습니다. Federico님은 의사소통도 가능하시고 제가 요청하는것에 대해 친절하게 답변해주셔서 좋았습니다. 위치도 주변에 카페나 음식점이 많아 좋았고 밤늦게 들어가도 밤에 조명이 환하게 켜져 있어서 안전하게 귀가할 수 있었습니다.

Federico’s place has everything for a comfortable stay. All equipment work well, it is very well located with plenty transport in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it.

Overall a very good place; great location and good value. It's a little small for longer stays - mine was six weeks - or for two people - but I was solo. On balance worth it, but the experience and communication could be improved.

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Federico è stato assolutamente incantevole. La vista panoramica sulla campagna di Perugia è stupenda e la posizione vicina al centro storico è ideale per esplorare la città. Convenient location near mini metro to train station, grocery stores and walkable to everywhere. Federico was very responsive during check in process. Convenient washing machine a plus. Unlike others I had no trouble with hot water during 10 days, just turn off while soaping up, then rinse at leisure. If there are two of you space your shower time. Definitely recommend it. Steps and small shower might not be easy for elderly. I’d stay here again.

I stayed for almost a month to this apartment and I am glad with my choice! The apartment was clean, quiet, and very close to the city centre, with a lot of things to do and restaurants to visit! Also, Federico is an excellent host! He was always there to help with fast responses to whatever I needed as a guest!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’alloggio di Federico. Tutto è come da descrizione/foto e la posizione è ottima, giusto a pochi minuti dal centro. Perfetta anche la comunicazione con Federico, sempre reattivo e molto disponibile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per un self-check-in senza intoppi.

A very nice small room in a great location with everything you need for a stay. The balcony view of Assisi is wonderful, and Federico is a great host.

Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und ein bis ins letzte Detail gepflegtes Haus: malerische Drucke und viel Platz. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und gut organisiert. Beim Blättern in all den Büchern über Grafik und Illustration kam die Lust am Malen und Zeichnen zurück. Der Gastgeber hilft jederzeit mit Auskünften weiter. Ich war einen Monat zum Studium hier und empfehle es uneingeschränkt.🌸

A gorgeous studio apartment located in a small residential and quiet area of Perugia. Surrounded by locals and their favourite restaurants and bars made me feel at home. Only a gentle 10 min walk to the main piazza full of essentials such as historical landmarks, ATM and occasional activities such as markets and festivals. Or, get to know your local supermarket, bar for a coffee, restaurants for aperitivo or dinner, gelato or snack… all within a 5 min walk from the apartment. A clean apartment with spacious wardrobe and washing machine is extremely helpful for long stays. Small kitchen area with a balcony area opens out to a delightful little view in the distance while the church bells ring in the morning. The mini metro is a brilliant way to get you from train station to home all within 15 min!

Das Studio ist an einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und trotzdem sehr nahe vom Zentrum von Perugia. Die Wohnung selber ist klein (Monolocale), jedoch mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist genügend eingerichtet, um auch zu Kochen. Das Bad ist gut und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung verfügt ebenfalls über einen kleinen Balkon zum Lesen oder um einen Apéro zu trinken. Wichtig: Der Kühlschrank ist verhältnismässig laut und für Personen mit einem leichten Schlaf kann dies störend sein (da der Kühlschrank im selben Raum wie das Bett ist). Ich würde die Wohnung dennoch weiterempfehlen. Ich habe einen ganzen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und es hat mir gut gefallen. Vielen Dank.

Alloggio andato benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, in posizione ottima, vicino al centro ma zona molto tranquilla. Consigliato se si è da soli o in coppia. Un pó piccolo se si condivide con amico/a.

Huge and very nice flat, just like the pictures. The area is great with lots of bars and restaurants and friendly locals. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was a real find and we where very lucky to find it as we booked very last minute for the Umbria Jazz Fest. The location is perfect as short walking distance to the old town key places and plenty of cafes and restaurants, and you feel completely at home during your stay. Federico was very helpful and communicative ahead of arriving and after that there was no need to contact him as everything was straightforward thanks to having all instructions needed. We will be back!

It was lovely staying at Federico's place. It is very central and a nice area. Everything is reachable by walk and the place has everything you need for a stay. The host is responsive and friendly.
